Privacy policy

In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. It measures its traffic anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics.

The only personal information we receive is what you send us through the contact form or by email.

Information collected

Through the contact form: your name, email address, company name if provided, project type and message.

Like any web server, the infrastructure hosting this site technically processes each request's IP address and headers in order to deliver pages and protect the service.

Traffic statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type, and page load times.

This tool sets no cookies, does not use browser storage and does not track visitors across sites. The data is aggregated and used only to improve the site. The script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends its measurements to cloudflareinsights.com.

Use

We use this information only to answer your request and, if you wish, to discuss a project with you. It is never sold, rented, or used for unsolicited marketing.

Hosting and transmission

The site is served by Cloudflare. Messages sent through the form are delivered by Cloudflare's email service to Bjija's inbox. These services may process data outside Quebec.

Retention

Requests are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to follow up on the conversation, then deleted once no longer useful.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@bjija.ca. We respond within 30 days.
